I've spent my whole career dealing with manufacturing and quality. Paragon was created with the idea of doing things differently. We wanted to be able to talk about quality and talk about people being important and actually have it mean something. I am delighted at how much our team has embraced this philosophy. I look forward to continue the growth, development, and search for breakthrough innovations in quality that we are doing here at Paragon.
